Queen Of Swords

See my seriously focused queen, preparing for battle. This drawing was fun, and you can learn to create art with a story.

The wind blows wildly on this fair-haired beauty, as she stands on the top of a cliff, grasping her powerful sword, looking down on the enemy in her kingdom. I think this embattled queen while looking beautiful, also has a very fierce expression on her face. She is solemn and focused - ready to call the battle cry!

I think I captured the movement in her hair, and her action pose of clenched muscles. The look in her eyes is downright severe.

Anyway, you can see that she will be good inspiration. Create a mood when you are drawing. This will put you into the story you are imagining, and the images that you create will lined up with that energy. I believe this is very important.

This mental exercise is so worthy of being involved in the lessons coming in the videos.
