This is the greatest warrior, because as far as Dragon Warriors go, this one has trained a huge and dangerous dragon. - Want to draw him?
This is a great practice drawing with some human anatomy to copy.
As an artist you don't really need a lot of anatomy, although you should have an idea of how to draw the muscles of a human being, and on this page a particular emphasis on the male chest and arms.
Elf TrainerI believe this Elf is a Trainer and that makes him one of the most powerful dragon warriors.
So this drawing has lots of practice and some great hair to work on too.
Start with a loose outline again, and then firm up the shape of the head and all the limbs.
Notice across his chest he is wearing a leather-look strap with some armor on his arm. Shade around the strap in order to give it a 3D look.
Do you like the belt I created?
Cool...
Are you drawing this stuff?
I am creating a warrior drawing book - eventually, and if you subscribe to my free monthly e-zine you won't miss when these things come out.
If you can draw the images on these pages, and I don't mean exactly - but if you are creating drawings that you like, great, but if you need some basic lessons that are free, check out my how to draw page, it can help with the basics.
If you want something more advanced get a copy of my drawing book, and there is a little male anatomy, and one hero in there.
The rest of the book, will help you with figure drawing, clothing, shading, highlighting... so much!
If you are easily drawing this, then just continue...
My Dragon Drawing Book is ready- see ad below
Close Ups always help you get a good look at the lines that I have used to create the eyes, the nose and the shape of his face.
It also helps you see where to shade and what to leave as highlights.
Have fun - and remember the most important thing in learning to draw, is just to keep drawing.
