I have tried to create a very frightening beast, as he just woke and is crawling out of his cave ready to defend his home.

Some aspects of this dragon I am happy with, some need some work, but he is good practice that is for sure.

Go for it!

Remember if you have the urge to create the home as a dungeon or castle go with that.

As you draw ideas may emerge - that is your muse telling you to go in a particular direction.

This dragon can also be improved upon, so feel free.

While this is a drawing tutorial the most important thing is to keep drawing and really finish your drawings.
