Scrapbooking LayoutsWhile cutting out pieces, or playing with your files in your photo editor sometimes ideas just come to you. I like color schemes that fit together, which is why I make packages that fit together. If you are using Fairies and Fairy Tale Themes it helps to have an idea in advance. For some Fairy Scrapbooking check out the fairies that I have to purchase. Perhaps you're working on a layout for birthday party of a little girl - maybe the party had a princess theme. If you are interested in doing a little coloring or painting you can find some great princess pages to color. This theme is very popular for little girls and you are then in luck. You already have a starting place and maybe just need some pink background, a few flowers, a princess crown, or magic wands, and script or journal something about your little bit of royalty. When I approach my scrapbooking I like to think about something personal to that individual to create very relevant Scrapbooking Layouts.
The Beach?Perhaps the person is photographed at the beach - then anything to do with water is great. But if you take something personal about them and highlight that with a great saying or even slang - it works.Here is a layout about someone who really loves the water. Notice I did not actually use a mermaid as you might expectfrom me. However, if you want a great mermaid you will love this scrapbooking package. Nope, it can certainly be done without a mermaid. I wanted this page to reflect other ideas. (In my personal opinion a mermaid might have been a great extra)

What to use?In both of these layouts I have used different papers - ripped in interesting ways. Some of the papers are even mucked up or grunged by using the photo editor eraser in creative ways.I have put some of my brushes on the layouts, on the beach layout I changed the color of the brush and grunged it a bit in the background. Don't forget that there are many ways to Do it yourself, follow the link for some ideas. There are so many ways to use your digital scrapbooking tools.
