Draw And Color

This whole section is devoted to how to Draw and Color.

You probably have many drawing skills, but as I have found, my art-making skills can always improve.

There is, of course in my opinion, nothing more exciting than creating your own fairy pictures.

On this page I want you to explore the idea of expanding your coloring ability, mixing color, highlighting and shading or even learning to draw things you might not have considered.

Making and enjoying fairy art is what this whole site is about, so jump right in with both feet and let the art take hold of you.

New Page - Flower Drawing

If there is any addition to your Draw And Color skills, that you should have, it is drawing of flowers.

Follow the link, and give it a try! Flower Drawing

New Page - Dragon Drawing

Here is my new page all about how to get started with your Dragon Drawing, and create real Dragon Art.

Follow the link to check it out.

Planning the Dragon Picture

Do you want to make your own dragon picture, this section will help you with ideas and actual skills that you can practice with.

How to Color

For instance my How to Color link will take you to a page where I step by step color a Mermaid sitting on a rock.

Drawing Figures

Then if you are interested in more than coloring someone else's drawing, I have developed a How to Draw a Figure page which will give you some simple lessons.

Drawing Fairies

Also, a step further and another page will help you draw a fairy

Draw a Horse

Since our whole focus is on how to Draw And Color fairy tales and fairies, I thought I better add how to draw a horse page, and that page gives a simple framework which allows you to build a horse and put it in any position you can imagine.

What fairy tale does not have a hero on horse?

What about color?

It also came to my attention that if you are interested in painting and coloring (painting section coming), you might want to blend color and I added a page explaining the mysteries of the color spectrum and will help with how to Draw And Color.

Pencil Crayons

Some of these simple lessons will improve your understanding of mixing color - even using coloring pencils, which I have used primarily with most of my artwork on this site.

Don't underestimate the wonderful art that can be created with a set of pencil crayons.

And to find those prisma color pencil crayons go to ...MisterArt.com Discount Art & Craft Supplies--Up to 75% off!

If you are exploring all aspects of your passion for art work, you might want to check out my page About Me, and see how a crazy artist has found a way to build a site.
