Aesop's Fables

Aesops fables are bedtime stories as they teach children some pretty good lessons. The morals of aesops fables make them particularly worthwhile. You will find some of my favorites such as the Tortoise and the Hare.

Grimms Brothers

Some of the best tales are a combination of the imagination and the local folklore heard by the Grimm Brothers. You will find some interesting fairy tale triva at the link above. That will lead you to the most interesting list of fairy tales including the Rapunzel story, the story of Sleeping Beauty and a few others. You will be amazed at how fascinating these original tales really are.

Are you going to read these stories to a youngster?

There are so many ways to engage a child into the love of fairy tales and coloring is certainly an added bonus to the stories - I hope that you can find a coloring picture that is free on the site to get little hands busy after the story with lots of free coloring pages at fairy tale coloring, or some fairies.
